ABout the 40K Precons, i think are probably the top notch, mainly because they are very tight, focused themes. Unlike most Precons, this ones have a clear idea of what they want to do, and most of the new cards work to do so Now if we talk about wich one is the best, i think it shall be a tie beetwen Necrons and Tyranids. I wouldn't expect another wave of printing.
